Our membership plans are designed to fit different budgets and needs. We offer a free membership which offers access to selected training, and our pro-level membership is available at an introductory fee of £25+VAT per month. As of 1st September 2024 this price will increase to £50+VAT per month, but despite any future price increases, as long as you remain a member, you will always pay the same price you signed up on.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log into your account, navigate to the information lesson within the community, and follow the cancellation lesson instructions. Please note that your cancellation will apply with immediate effect.

Once you become a member, you can access all your benefits by logging into your account on our training portal. From your member dashboard, you can easily find exclusive content, register for events, and connect with other members in the community forum. Should you have any technical issues with your member platform, a member of the Excel in Property team will be happy to help you within working hours.

The membership officially starts on 1st August so if you sign up early, then you will get access to our free membership until 31st July. On 1st August you will be charged your first month's membership fee and then will receive all the details about what is happening in August.

If you sign up on or after 1st August, you will be charged immediately and get access to all of the content straight away.

If it's just you, then we've created an email swipe file which has a choice of templates for you to send to your boss for sign off. We have two choices of corporate membership - the first gives you access to exactly the same content as all our other members, the second gives you access to a branded area specifically for your company and includes all the training our main membership provides, plus any additional training that your company opts in to.
