How is the in-person course different to the online one?
The online course is an intensive, one-day program designed to supercharge your understanding and interpretation of real estate financial models. You will NOT learn how to build a model like we do in the online course, but you'll learn how to interpret models and sense check them, and other useful things like that!
What do I need to bring to the in-person training?
You will need to bring your own laptop and a book & pen for taking notes.
You will be provided with an online workbook and templates.
Lunch will NOT be provided, so please make sure you bring something with you or you can pop out during the break to grab something.
What time and date is the in-person training?
When you sign up, you'll get access to a Doodle poll for you to select which dates in January work for you. We'll pick the date that everyone can make!
If for some reason you can't make the date that is selected, then you will be offered a refund or the option to sign up to the non-beta version of the course once it is live.
